Doctors and Surgery Centers on Lien: We have a network of doctors, surgery centers and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We provide the funding for surgery centers and hospital fees. We also assist with doctor scheduling and coordinating client medical care. We are quickly becoming a leader in the space known for our high ethical standards, clearly defined terms, and fair repayment for personal injury victims. REMOTE POSITION & HOURS This is a remote position, where you would be living and working outside the United States from your own home. We offer training for all our job duties. You will not be an employee of High Rise Financial as you will be living and working in your native country, outside of the United States. We have 2 shifts available:Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PST OR 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PST Days: Monday – Friday USA times. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will receive warm leads from the company through their direct marketing to consumers. The leads would consist of people who have recently been involved in an accident and looking to get money prior to their case settling. You will contact the law firm and speak to person who is handling the clients' case and try to collect the proper documents. Once you receive the documents you will work with our underwriter to decide if this is a case we can take on. Your primary responsibility will be to close and qualify inbound leads. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking financial help after being injured in an accident. Your job is to: Promptly contact inbound leads received from our marketing team. Initiate outreach to potential clients and/or their representing law firms to gather necessary case details. Assess whether each lead meets basic qualification criteria. Collect required documentation and coordinate with the underwriting team. Clearly communicate next steps and set expectations with the potential client. Accurately log and track all lead interactions in our system. Pass qualified leads to the appropriate internal teams for further processing. You will not be cold calling – all leads are warm, incoming inquiries. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Must have 2+ years of non-retail sales experience Must be able to type at least 50 WPM Must be quick and efficient with basic computer tasks such as writing and responding to emails, managing attachments, navigating CRM systems, and multitasking across multiple applications. Speaks English fluently and clearly Have a quiet place at home to work in Consistent and reliable internet access Your own computer (with a camera) A banking account that accepts international wires as payments Our policy does not allow staff to hold secondary jobs while engaged with the company. BENEFITS Competitive Hourly Rate (one of our recruiters will contact you to ask for your hourly pay requirements in your local currency) Sales Commissions (5576.70 ZAR a month on the low end up to 13,012.29+ ZAR per month on the higher end) Full-time position: 40 hours a week Fast-growing company with opportunity for advancement.
