Utilizing cutting-edge technology, Colorchrome is a leader in the art and framing industry and is known by architects, designers and art consultants as the go-to printer for hospitality jobs, museum exhibitions, trade shows and events. Colorchrome works with clients both domestically and internationally. The Inside Sales Representative will work in a fast paced environment to assist and educate clients in order to profitably grow sales as well as monitor internal production of jobs to ensure client specifications and deadlines are met. Inside Sales Representative must be proactive, able to work autonomously, and will be required to learn and become proficient in the basics of the industry in order to speak knowledgeably about Colorchrome’s products and services with clients as well as production staff.Primary duties/responsibilities:Consult with and advise Clients on Colorchrome’s printing, framing and other art services. Build and develop strong business relationships with identified accounts, always seeking opportunities to gain market share.Position Colorchrome for success through superior customer service and client education on current as well as new products and services. Ask discovery questions, when working with clients, to uncover needs and advise them on solutions that Colorchrome can provide.Develop strategies to reengage inactive clients. Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.Master internal sales software in order to provide clients with accurate price quotes and enter job orders in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinate with Production Managers to calculate and confirm material usage for each job and to ensure all materials needed for job completion are on-site on time.Coordinate with Production and Shipping Managers to ensure jobs are completed effectively, according to customer specifications, and on-time with a minimum of defects or mistakes.Arrange for orders to be shipped to the correct location or to be picked up at Colorchrome.Arrange for installation of completed jobs.Invoice completed orders.Follow up with clients regarding final satisfaction with the product/experience and to ensure all Colorchrome invoices are paid in full and on time.Employ good listening skills and demonstrate good communication skills. Demonstrate the daily discipline and desire to achieve goals with limited guidance, taking responsibility for all results.Perform other duties as assigned.Work, with a One Team attitude, according to Colorchrome’s values.Required Skills and Background:2+ years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience requiredPrevious experience in printing and/or framing industries is preferredStrong ability to influence buying decisions and negotiate effectively to bring about win-win solutions through consultative sellingSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExemplary verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and strong follow-upHighly organized and detail orientedAgile problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook requiredBachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferredFull-time, on-site position based in Norcross, GA. On - Fri 8:30a - 5p
