JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. Joining the leasing team, this role involves leading key projects such as Non-Compliance Core Governance, Pool Optimization, and Contract Compliance, including management and supplier performance. It supports business development by coordinating transformation initiatives across sales, rentals, planning, maintenance, and logistics. The position also includes operational and administrative support, such as financial audits, business analytics, tool optimization, IT development, and interdepartmental coordination.
Additionally, the role manages process mapping to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, delivers presentations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership, and assists managers with strategic and ad-hoc initiatives. This role is 3-5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.
