🌟 Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding offer generation, contract components, and next stepsProcess HR transactions related to internal transfers and hiring (volume over 200,000 annually)Execute compensation analyses and generate employee offer lettersUtilize a variety of tools—some automated, some manual—with the ability to double-check outputs and apply additional calculationsSupport global relocation and immigration tasks, including benefits negotiation across regions (e. g.
