We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Senior Human Resource Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires high judgment, excellent communication, and a strong grasp of nuanced HR and compensation processes. You'll be the point of contact for hiring managers, guiding them through complex offer and relocation workflows while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. This is a 6-month long contract position with highly likely extensions/perm. We are looking for someone who is comfortable going on-site 5 days a week. The office is located in Calle Blancos. The working schedule is Monday- Saturday 8am-5pm Costa Rician time.
