Visual Designer

What You’ll do: Design visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations that clearly communicate complex ideas and drive strategic impact. Translate abstract concepts into engaging visuals through strong illustration skills and design storytelling. Develop and maintain asset libraries, templates, and reusable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency. Work closely with designers, copywriters, product managers, executives, and other cross-functional partners to help create engaging experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape the evolution of the brands, products, voice, and strategySolicit and provide constructive feedback, guiding and inspiring others toward design excellence.

Advocate for high standards in presentation design, helping to establish best practices, scalable workflows, and agile processes across teams. You'll thrive as a Senior Visual Designer if you: Bring 6+ years of experience in visual or communication design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful presentation work, branding, and illustration. Are a creative storyteller who can distill complex information into clear, engaging visuals and narratives. Possess exceptional illustration abilities that enhance the emotional and conceptual appeal of presentations. Excel in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to ensure messages are clear and compelling.

Are a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Are comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams from project initiation to final delivery. Are highly proficient in PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office tools. Day to day: Create brand-aligned presentations that transform complex or abstract ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives using strong storytelling, illustration, and layout design.

Build and manage templates, asset libraries, and reusable components to ensure efficiency and visual consistency across all presentations. Partner with designers, copywriters, product managers, executives, and other stakeholders to craft presentations that support strategic goals and elevate messaging. Provide constructive feedback, promote high design standards, and help define scalable workflows, tools, and presentation design guidelines. Compensation: $60/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
