Every collaborative program is different, designed to meet the needs of the retailer, and Circana’s platform provides unprecedented flexibility that allows to tailor the unique data assets of the retailer into actionable insights and recommendations.What will you be doing? The Insights Analyst is responsible for analytical consultancy to both FMCG brands (CPGs) and our retailer partner (Sonae MC) as well as ongoing training, support and delivery of our proprietary software platform (Unify+).In this role you will support and manage the day-to-day relationship between FMCG brands, Circana and Sonae MC that help drive mutually beneficial value. The successful candidate would provide thought leadership and consulting services to drive collaborative engagement between brands and the retailer to help drive both the CPG business plans and the retailer’s strategic customer initiatives.You will be reporting to an Account Manager from Circana team.Job ResponsibilitiesCPG and Retailer DeliverySupport Account Manager Accountability for client relationships and Consultancy projectsContribute to ad-hoc projects from time to time as briefed in by CPG clientsTrainingSupport the delivery of Unify+ training, ensuring all CPG’s and Sonae teams are properly trained and feel equipped to use the tool to its fullest potentialConsultancyResponsible for the day to day operations and execution of the helpdesk ensuring a high standard and fully operational service in line with Sonae and CPG needsRelationship ManagementBuild strong working relationships with key client contacts to ensure our tool and data are being widely/effectively used within their businessNetwork with Circana retail support teams from other geographies to share issues, key learnings and best practicesEnsure robust and collaborative relationship with immediate team membersRequirements1-2 years of work experience preferably within data analysis or consumer insights, retail or FMCG brands. Passion for working with clients and training others to elevate skills and knowledge. Preferably experience or knowledge of data insight software and services, with focus on retail or CPG. University educated to bachelor degree level, preferably from Management, Economics, Marketing or related background.
