The successful candidate will enjoy working in the grain industry. Responsibilities Include However Not Limited ToEnsure all tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer expectation and compliance requirements.To ensure that customer TAT’s for the issuance of certificates are achieved.Maintain the SGS back-office systems (SGSonSITE, BOSS and SIR) as well as job registers, inventory registers and sample registers.Invoicing and back office administration dutiesTesting grains in accordance with local and international standardsAssist to minimise turnaround times and improve service delivery.QualificationsThe successful applicant will have:Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and database usage is essential.An understanding of Agricultural (particularly grain) supply chains.Previous experience in export, import customs documentation and environment.Previous client relationship management experience is desirableWorking knowledge of and experience in the development and management quality assurance and safety management systemsAdditional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?
