Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new and existing lending products. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive products to identify opportunities for product enhancements. Assist in the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and implementation of lending products. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on product features and requirements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Develop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and functionality.

Monitor product performance metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Ensure lending products meet regulatory requirements and internal policies. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on lending products. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , SQL, Excel) and familiarity with project management software (e. g. , JIRA, Trello). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
