Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.We are looking for an Installation Administrator to join our Team based in our Limerick Office for Maternity Cover on a Fixed-term contract.In this vital role, you will act as the backbone of our daily operations, coordinating administrative tasks, optimising workflows, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient workspace. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, take pride in delivering excellent service, and enjoy fostering a positive, inclusive office culture, we want to hear from you.You Will Be Responsible ForLook after the issuing of relevant emails in relation to the current status of a projectCompleting warranty contracts for newly installed liftsPreparing site documents for signing and issuing to clientsPreparing erector pack manuals for sitesIssuing of material PO’sUploading of timesheets for engineersMaintain high work performance, attendance and punctuality.Work closely with the Installation Director & Project ManagersThe above list would not be exhaustive and the successful candidate would be required to be flexible in this roleIdeal Candidate1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite –Outlook/ Word / ExcelExcellent interpersonal, communication, time management.Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of commitment & motivation.
