Job Description

Position Overview:The Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and inspecting sites across NSW to ensure they are prepared correctly prior to the commencement of home elevator installations. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager, Project Operations, internal Builders, Installers, and customers’ builders to ensure all build works meet the requirements for a smooth installation process.Key Responsibilities:Site InspectionsInspect sites before installation to confirm compliance with lift specifications.Sign off on building works prior to installation.Liaise with builders and trades to ensure lift shafts meet requirements.Project MonitoringReport progress and upcoming job status to the Project Manager.Document progress and ensure any issues are resolved before installation.Support installers by resolving minor onsite issues or escalating to the PM as needed.Liaison and CoordinationCoordinate with Project Ops, builders, and installers to maintain build compliance.Ensure smooth installations, providing onsite solutions or escalating issues promptly.Offer technical advice to sales staff on pricing or project feasibility.Liaise with PM and logistics for timely site deliveries.Compliance and SafetyEnsure adherence to company OHS policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records in Simpro and Safetyminder systems.Participate in toolbox meetings.Problem SolvingProactively resolve onsite issues to minimise delays.Collaborate with PM and installers to deliver high-quality outcomes.Work with customers and builders to achieve positive results for all parties.Key Requirements and Personal Attributes:We’re looking for a motivated professional who brings both the right experience and the right attitude to the role.Essential Requirements:Minimum 5 years’ experience in lift installationValid driving licencePersonal Qualities & Behavioural Traits:Professional, positive, and proactive ‘can do’ attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to manage high-pressure situationsSkilled at multitasking and managing multiple project elements simultaneouslyDemonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamworkBig-picture thinker with strong attention to detailEffective conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsMaintains a clean, tidy, and professional appearance Package on offer110k base + Super + VehicleGood career progression with a national company
