Our Sales Specialist for ICT Turkey (“ICT Sales Specialist”) will support sales activities for all clients in Turkey and Azerbaijan.What We Offer You:Opportunity to gain experience in a global companyA diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibilityCoaching and support from the wider global teamYour Key Responsibilities:To support delivery of the agreed Sales objectives for the client portfolio and to uphold best in class client management and service levels to the existing client base.Build and foster long-term relationships with target clients supporting to obtain Cash Management and Trade Finance mandatesAssisting to Structure and implement new deals with clients from beginning to end with strong after-sales service attitude. Develop and maintain knowledge of core products. Obtain full background knowledge on the clients and ensure client-adoptions in line with the current KYC policy before on-boarding.Assume responsibility for the content and presentation quality of relevant client proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and client communications.Monitor revenue trends via various reporting tools like Salesforce and dbTableau, prepare regional and country specific reports and presentations for internal reviewCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development initiativesCoordinate client engagements including one-on-one meetings, industry events, conferencesFulfill responsibilities under the DB Group and US Supervision policies and the Written Supervisory Procedures.Ensure timely completion of all non-financial and financial risk-related obligations including trainings, periodic reviewsYour Skills and Experience:The successful candidate should have an understanding of correspondent banking industry, preferably minimum 2 years employment in a major financial institution.Strong product knowledge of cash management and trade products and services for financial institutions (USD, EUR and Multicurrency clearing and payment services, liquidity management, transactional F/X, trade finance for financial institutions).Solid presentation and communication skills, written and oral - ability to communicate bank’s strategy, as well as the ICM global business strategy incl. specifically the ICM risk appetite and respective policies.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong negotiation skills essential.A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English required.We strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
