Position Overview:As a Junior Sales, you will embark on an exciting career path in the financial industry, gaining hands-on exposure to institutional client coverage and investment solutions. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development, while deepening your understanding of structured and bespoke investment products.You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to strengthening the strategic partnership between SBI Digital Markets and Maverix Securities AG (mavx.com), with a strong focus on enhancing client service quality and driving new business opportunities across the region.This position offers exceptional growth potential, providing the platform to take on greater responsibilities as you expand your market knowledge, sharpen your commercial skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in sales and investment solutions.Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Team in managing and nurturing client relationships — maintain detailed records of sales activities, including meeting notes, client interactions, and pipeline tracking, ensuring visibility on progress toward business targets.Assist in daily sales operations, including pricing requests, trade execution, and booking processes.Contribute to client engagement materials, preparing tailored presentations, reports, and proposals that highlight investment solutions.Gain expertise across a broad product spectrum, including Structured Products, Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs), and Digital Assets.Leverage Maverix’s proprietary technology platforms to enhance sales efficiency and client servicing.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and support prospecting initiatives.Participate in ongoing training programs to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.Adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, staying informed of market trends and developments impacting clients and products.Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a financial or sales environment, but recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.Education: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.Mindset: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and highly motivated with a strong interest in finance, investment solutions and the evolution of the digital assets spacePersonality: A proactive team player who is adaptable and ready to take on new challenges.
