As part of our dynamic team, you’ll help shape a future-focussed institution at the heart of Dubai Knowledge Park.The OpportunityWe are seeking an Institutional Research Officer to join our Office of Institutional Research (OIR). In this key role you will support our reporting, accreditation and compliance efforts — playing a vital part in maintaining data integrity and enabling evidence-based decision-making across campus.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and submit institutional data for both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies (e.g., CAA, MOE, CHEDS, KHDA)• Collect, organise and validate data to ensure accuracy and timely delivery• Support accreditation and compliance via data processing, analysis and audit preparation• Collaborate with the Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator to enhance data models and reporting frameworks• Maintain data quality and contribute to process and reporting improvementsWhat We’re Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field• 1–3 years’ experience in institutional research, data management, validation or reporting• Ability to create and maintain small-scale databases• Knowledge of SQL and data-extraction tools• Experience using data-analysis/reporting tools• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline• Excellent verbal and written communication• Team player with ability to adapt to new systems, tools and changing priorities• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlinesCompensation & BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy interaction with a professional and dynamic team of highly respected educators from over 50 different countries and exposure to students from over 100 nationalities.The University offers an expatriate package, which is an attractive tax-free salary.
