Design and develop content creating structured learning content, such as online courses, training modules, videos, and interactive activities, using various multimedia tools. Collaborate with experts and work with subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with learning objectives. Implement instructional design principles by applying proven instructional design theories and methodologies to create effective learning experiences. Develop assessments and criteria to evaluate learner performance and the effectiveness of the learning materials. Organise project documentation and oversee the implementation of learning programs. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the created content and use feedback to make improvements. Research new trends and innovations in instructional design and educational technology.Qualifications At least 3-7 years’ experience in a Change or Project support role within a large-scale programme environment; Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools; Knowledge of instructional design theories and models; Ability to design engaging, interactive content; Good level of English;Desired Skills Experience in the retail sector or with technology transformation programmes;What Do I Need Before I ApplyThe candidate must already be living in Portugal.
