We’re hiring an Instructional Designer for a remote opportunity with a financial services organization headquartered in San Antonio, TX. This is a 12-month contract position.In this role, you will create and develop innovative learning experiences that support client services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging, effective, and visually compelling training solutions across a variety of learning modalities.Instructional Designer Responsibilities:Combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver engaging, effective, and visually compelling learning solutions.Partner with project leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and design effective training solutions.Develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model, from concept through delivery.Create high-quality digital learning across modalities including ILT, VILT, eLearning, and self-paced programs.Build and edit multimedia content using Articulate Storyline/Rise and Camtasia.Ensure learning products meet organizational standards for quality, branding, and accessibility.Instructional Designer Qualifications:Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.Experience applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory to content development.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively in both remote and in-person settings.Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, NovoEd, or graphic and audio design tools.
