Are you seeking a purposeful and rewarding Client Education career opportunity in Hungary?The Clario Client Education team is expanding in Budapest, and with big ambitions and a clear vision for the future, now is the time to join us as an Instructional Designer (f/m/x).This role focuses on creating technical user manuals and e-learnings.What We OfferCompetitive compensationAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)Engaging employee programsHybrid work environment (3 to 4 days in office, 1 to 2 days remote)OTP Szép CardWhat You'll Be DoingDesign and develop new technical product training courses and resources for customersCreate and customize User Guides and ManualsWork with subject matter experts on course design and contentManage activities surrounding needs assessment, design and preparation of technical trainingAssist the Manager in developing effective and efficient client training processes and proceduresTraining new and existing Clario staff on customer training delivery procedures and best practicesTraining Content Development that facilitates gathering customer and site training requirements for all studiesCreates and coordinates the production of raw content to be used in the creation of eLearning.Collaborates closely with subject matter experts, management, customer care, and various cross-functional teamsDesigns curriculum for specific training programs related to product, project, and protocol-specific training deliverablesWork with Engineering & Product Management to integrate new features/functionality into curriculumsAssist with creating and managing the technical training content repositoryAssist with creating reproducible practices and processes to support new product launches and updates.What We Look ForBachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry1-2 years of experience designing and developing technical course materials using proven instructional design methodologiesAdvanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Articulate 360 Rise + Storyline and PowerPointExperience in Adobe Illustrator, Sharepoint and VMware preferredStrong graphic design skillsExperience developing content suited for multiple delivery channels (instructor-led, online virtual, and self-paced eLearning and microlearning) and being able to determine appropriate training methodology based on identified needsAbility to create and maintain multiple courses simultaneouslyAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environmentExperience in content management, file management, and version controlExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent decision making, analytical and problem-solving skillsAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
