Instructional Designer II, L and D

Position Summary:The Instructional Designer creates, adapts, and maintains engaging learning content across formats. This role ensures instructional integrity, accessibility, and continuous improvement of learning materials in alignment with design standards.Key Responsibilities: Build and adapt learning content (live, virtual, self-paced). Apply best practices for engaging and inclusive learning. Partner with SMEs and L&D team to design targeted content. Maintain standardized templates and content repository. Support content updates based on learner feedback and performance. Develop modules in applicable software; upload to LMS.KSAs: Instructional design tools and techniques LMS publishing tools (e.g., iSpring, EasyGenerator) Strong visual design and editing skills Ability to coach SMEs on content developmentEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in instructional design with portfolio samples
