You will work closely with subject matter experts, operational leaders, and trainers to translate complex processes into instructional content that enhances staff performance and professional development. The position focuses on developing e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, multimedia content, and job aids that improve knowledge retention and application. You will apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and modern technologies to create impactful training materials. Collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail are key, as you will manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, relevance, and timely delivery.
