The college is now inviting applications from qualified, committed, and dynamic individuals for the position of Instructor—Occupational Therapy Department to join our academic team and contribute to the continued advancement of our educational standards.Academic ResponsibilitiesConduct both theoretical and practical classes in accordance with the approved syllabus and academic calendar.Prepare lesson plans and semester plans at the beginning of each term, ensuring they align with the syllabus and institutional standards.Submit lesson plans to the respective department head for review and approval.Arrange clinical practices and internships for students as per departmental requirements.Student Guidance and CounselingCoordinate, guide, and mentor students to achieve academic and professional excellence.Motivate and counsel students to ensure a minimum of 85% class attendance and reduce dropout rates through continuous follow-up.Counsel students and their parents/guardians on academic, behavioral, or personal issues whenever required.Institutional ActivitiesOrganize and participate in various institutional programs such as rallies, awareness campaigns, medical camps, cultural programs, and debates.Take initiatives and provide necessary support to uphold and enhance the image and reputation of the institution.Training and DevelopmentAssist the department head and other senior officials in departmental and institutional development activities.Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper documentation of academic activities, attendance, and assessment records.Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department head or higher authority from time to time.WorkplaceWork from homeEducational RequirementsBSc in Occupational Therapy from any recognized university or institute.Skills Required: Presentation skill, Classroom management, Teaching and Training, Reporting and Documentation, Clinical skillExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):University,College,HospitalFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsProficiency in using modern teaching aids and multimedia tools in classroom instruction.Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong sense of responsibility.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment.Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills.Commitment to maintaining discipline, integrity, and institutional values.Willingness to participate in extracurricular and institutional development activities.Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of occupational therapy.Job LocationDhaka (Mirpur 14)
