Company Description- BusinessKids is a program for very young entrepreneurs, in which they learn to develop business ideas through play.- In BusinessKids we teach children that good businesses are more than just a source of wealth, thus creating in them a real social conscience.- Teach children the first steps to run a basic, within reach business so they grow up to be confident and knowledgeable entrepreneurs, who trust their ability to achieve any goal.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site, and online Instructor role located in Jeddah. The Instructor will be responsible for teaching and guiding young learners through business-related topics, creating lesson plans, preparing engaging activities, and ensuring a supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, fostering creativity and innovation, and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.QualificationsTOT Certification RequiredFluency in English and ArabicStrong teaching, coaching, and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with young learnersAbility to design innovative lesson plans and activitiesKnowledge or experience in business concepts, entrepreneurship, or related fieldsStrong organizational and time-management skillsPositive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with childrenPrior experience in teaching or education is preferredBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
