The oldest historically Black college for women in the United States, Spelman is a member of the Atlanta University Center Consortium and Atlanta Regional Consortium for Higher Education.Position Description:*The Department of Sociology and Anthropology invites applicants for a part-time instructor position. The candidate could teach one, two, or three anthropology courses in the Spring 2026. Geographic and topical areas of specialization are open, but people with expertise in food studies and/or medical anthropology are preferred.
