Scholars Zone is looking for InstructorJob Description / ResponsibilityLesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.Deliver engaging and interactive classes focusing on the four key areas of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.Student Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.Provide detailed and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.Identify individual student needs and tailor lessons accordingly.Resource Development: Create and update instructional materials and resources.Stay current with IELTS exam formats and requirements to ensure teaching materials are up-to-date.Student Support: Offer one-on-one support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours.Motivate and encourage students to achieve their target scores.Address any academic or personal concerns that may affect student performance.Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersSkills Required: IELTS, English Teacher, English Language Training, Communication in English, English Grammar, Fluent in English Speaking, language training, language fluencyExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Training Institutes,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Immigration/Visa Processing,Educational Technology (Edtech) StartupJob LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)
