By combining IT and engineering expertise, we offer a unique end-to-end solution through our four service areas – Consulting, Solutions, Talents, and Academy – to help our clients rethink product development and business processes, increase productivity, reduce time to market, and shape a smarter, more sustainable future.About the RoleWe are seeking a Instructor / Trainer EASA Quality-oriented with expertise for designing, updating, and delivering internal technical and regulatory training programs (excluding Part 147), aligned with EASA requirements (Part 145, CAMO, 21G/J, SMS, etc.) to ensure compliance and continuous development of staff competencies.The Instructor coordinates training activities with the Quality team, manages internal training certificates, and continuously adapts course content to reflect regulatory and technical developments in the aviation sector.ResponsibilitiesConduct annual Training Needs Assessments within the organization.Develop, update, and maintain training syllabi and course material for technical and regulatory topics, including:• EASA Part 145 Continuation Training• EWIS, FTS, SMS• EASA Part CAMO Continuation Training• EASA Part 21G / 21J Continuation TrainingDeliver in-house training programs (theoretical, technical, practical), excluding those requiring EASA Part 147 approval.Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Administration team to plan, implement, and monitor internal training activities.Organize training sessions according to regulatory and departmental requirements.Manage and maintain internal training certificates for participants.Ensure continuous updates of training content in line with technical and regulatory developments.Qualifications & BackgroundProven experience within an EASA Part 147 environment as an approved instructor.Specialization in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors.Solid knowledge of EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments.Holder of a Train the Trainer certificate.EASA License B1 or B2.Background in Quality Inspection, certifying staff, or training organization roles.Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.Strong presentation, training delivery, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
