JOB OBJECTIVELead a group of operations of employees in meeting functional as well as overallcompany goals targeted towards achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESEstablish goals, scope, approach and schedules to achieve the company objective. Attend project meeting and assign manpower for the project.Monitoring and follow up team member daily work task and project assigned.Buyoff and approve all the electrical wiring design and material list.Make sure all the electrical wiring prepared before production start. Monitoring for production stock and store inventory for control componentTroubleshoot production related problems on the production line with view to resolve them.Leads and provides training to new team member.Assist customer/production to solve electrical wiring problem if needed.Carry out any duties as assigned by Superior.AUTHORITIESMake decisions which are related to the project. Change the work assignment of team members in the department. Department’s workforce, workflows, processes, product design and developmentprogram. Resources management, project management, risk management, and performanceManagement. JOB REQUIREMENTSPossess at least a Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Engineering in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Automation and Electrical Control Circuit DesigningStrong knowledge in using AutocadStrong knowledge in electrical wiring design, motion control and troubleshooting.Posses both breadth and depth of functional responsibility and have strongcommunication and action-orientated skills. Aggressive, creative & self motivated
