The selected candidate will undergo a security clearance, which is a prerequisite for continued employment. The primary work location is Eurajoki, but the role requires occasional travel within Finland and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and commission automation systems using Siemens TIA Portal, PCS7, and SIMATIC Manager.Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective actions on Siemens-based control and electromechanical systems.Provide technical support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site AcceptanceTests (SAT).Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, mechanical, and process) to ensureseamless project execution.What we are looking forProven experience with Siemens TIA Portal, PCS7, and SIMATIC Manager for commissioning and troubleshooting.Familiarity with variable speed drives such as SINAMICS S120 and Siemens applicationsSCOUT/STARTER.Knowledge of safety-related hardwired solutions (e.g., overspeed/load controllers,fail-safe modules, laser scanners).Strong understanding of automation system architecture, PLC/DCS programming, andindustrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFIBUS/PROFINET).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.Good communication skills in English (Finnish is highly appreciated).
