Instrumentation Engineer

G2 are currently representing an exciting client who are in need of Instrumentation Engineer to join their growing team based in the Antwerp region, Belgium. The client is looking for permanent candidates to work supporting their engineering, design and project delivery teams on a range of skid package projects which are delivered to both the onshore and offshore energy markets. The client is working on process type skid packages; covering engineering, design, equipment specification, building/fabrication, FAT and SAT, and you would work on all electrical and instrumentation engineering aspects. The client will also consider candidates who have suitable electrical or controls engineering experience, however knowledge of instrumentation is essential. START: January, February 2026LOCATION: Antwerp Region, Belgium SALARY/PACKAGE: €4,500 - €5,500 per month + 8% + package (32 days annual leave) Instrumentation Project Engineer – Project Engineer Specification:Instrumentation background – wiring, single line diagrams, junction boxes, loop diagrams, etc.Good understanding of electrical engineering and systems5+ years of engineering experience covering 2D engineering design using AutoCAD or similar ATEX projects experience – Oil & Gas/Chemical/Power generation FAT or SATsEnglish language skills / Dutch is very beneficial but not essential The client is working on the design, engineering, and skid-package build projects. They need an Instrumentation Engineer to work on electrical engineering, electrical specification (cabinets, MCCs), electrical layout, working with supply partners and support the build as a technical project engineer.
