Join us, and get better with every move.Your responsibilitiesAs a Temporary Insurance Administrator, you will maintain direct contact with our clients and partners.A More Concrete Selection Of Your TasksEntering non-automatic invoices from suppliers.Reviewing manual invoices and re-invoicing if necessary.Reimbursement requests to external insurers and brokers.Entering banks and cash accounts to be linked to claims files in the system.Administrative support in the department: green cards, reports, letters, scanning, mailbox processing....Execution of necessary actions in the analysis of complex file and/or specific cases. Coordinate with our vendors and administrators by phone and email.Who are we looking for?You have a bachelor’s in insurance, Administration/Accounting or any related topic.You have at least 1 year of demonstrable experience in a similar position.You are customer-oriented, communicative and able to negotiate with customers, suppliers and partners.You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and proficient in English.Your analytical skills and logical reasoning are your key assets.You are used to taking matters into your own hands and derive satisfaction from this.
