About the RoleWe are looking for 10 motivated and trainable Insurance Associates to join our growing remote team. Whether you have prior insurance experience or are completely new to the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance.You will receive comprehensive training on U.S. insurance processes, tools, and customer service standards — gaining skills that will set you up for long-term growth in the insurance field.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the processing of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance tasks.Handle data entry, documentation, and communication related to client policies.Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks.Learn and follow established insurance workflows and compliance procedures.Assist with other administrative or client service tasks as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to work overnight (U.S. time zone).Has two monitors or willing to purchase an additional monitor.Uses a Windows computer (required for system compatibility).Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Highly resourceful, diligent, and trainable.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Can start immediately.Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage but not required.$250 bonus after being placed with an Insurance AgencyThis is a 100% Remote Work$5/hrUS time zone
