Insurance Executive

Qualifications;Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance operations.Strong knowledge of all insurance branches, especially cargo insurance and marine-related insurance products.Experience in international insurance operations.Proficiency in MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is an asset.Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.Proactive, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to adapt to corporate culture and work collaboratively.Key Responsibilities;Monitor and manage insurance processes and documentation.Participate in portfolio, risk, and market analysis activities.Support the execution of the company’s insurance operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulations.Manage claim notification and follow-up processes; ensure timely and compliant resolution of claim files.Oversee and regularly audit insurance policies; optimize policy conditions and coverage.Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement efforts and provide guidance to internal teams on insurance products.
