Located in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, our commitment is to build a world-class operation driven by safety, efficiency, and sustainability.Job SummaryResponsible for supervising the overall management of company insurance fixed assets, including registration , valuation, insurance coordination, and asset reporting. Ensures that all major and minor assets—such as heavy equipment, processing plant, vehicles, and office facilities—are properly recorded. Coordinates with operation, GA, and insurance teams to maintain accurate asset data and safeguard company value.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise insurance documentation of all company fixed assets (major and minor).Coordinate with insurance providers for asset registration, policy renewal, and claim follow-up.Prepare monthly and annual insurance fixed asset reports for managementMaintain and update the insurance fixed asset register to ensure data integrity and completeness.Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, fixed asset accounting and insurance administration — preferably in mining, energy, or construction industries.Strong knowledge of asset insurance principles.Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Pronto or similar).Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
