We’re looking for a Denial Management Manager to lead and optimize denial processes, ensuring efficient reimbursement and improved revenue cycle performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee denial management operations and analyze claim adjudication trends.Develop and implement corrective actions to reduce denial rates.Collaborate with medical, billing, and payer teams for resolution.Prepare reports and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent.Preferred to be a physician with good understanding of clinical workflows.Minimum 5 years of experience in denial management or healthcare revenue cycle.Strong analytical and communication skills.
