Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Lagos with some opportunities for remote work. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, selling insurance products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities will include promoting insurance solutions from the Heirs Insurance portfolio, preparing sales presentations, and offering exceptional customer support while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and SalesExperience in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfactionKnowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid (onsite and remote) environmentExperience in financial services or a related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageousBenefits .
