Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Kumasi for an Insurance Sales Representative. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, offering tailored life insurance solutions, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The candidate will collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are effectively met. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage.Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships.Experience or knowledge in Sales, including identifying leads and closing deals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary.Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is an advantage.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
