This is a full-time on-site role for Eleuthera Insurance Agents & Brokers Limited located in Rock Sound, Eleuthera. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the insurance team, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.RequirementsPrevious experience in supervising personnel.General Insurance Salesman License as set forth by the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas or Certificate in Insurance administered by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).Previous underwriting experience.Strong knowledge of insurance compliance regulations and experience with conducting verifications of KYC, AML, etc.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using a Policy Management softwareExperience with using an Accounting software such as Quickbooks; familiarity with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Modules is advantageous.Must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism and customer service.Must be goal oriented, organized and results driven.Must be willing to relocate to the island of Eleuthera.
