If you’re someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and eager to lead, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support the insurance team to achieve sales and service goals.Sell and manage Habitational, Auto, and Travel insurance policies.Respond to insurance inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.Assist with retention and growth of an existing book of business.Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and development.Skills & Qualifications:Required:Minimum CAIB Level II license.Previous experience in habitational insurance and supervisory roles.A positive, friendly attitude with a conscientious approach to work.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and Applied EPIC.Why Join Us?If you’re passionate about what you do and ready to bring your leadership skills and energy to our team, we want to hear from you.
