Make your next big career move by applying as KMC Solutions' next HR OPERATIONS INTERN!The HR Operations Intern provides comprehensive HR administrative and operations support across employee lifecycle processes, documentation, compliance, and internal coordination, under the supervision of the HR Operations Team.On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:End-to-End HR Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecyclefrom onboarding to offboardingunder the mentorship of KMCs HR Operations Team.Real-World HR Systems Training: Work directly with platforms like HRIS and ERP, learning how data drives decisions in a fast-paced HR environment.Compliance & Documentation Mastery: Learn the ins and outs of labor standards, policy documentation, and regulatory requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and recruitment teams, giving you a holistic view of HR operations.Professional Development: Build your skills in reporting, internal communications, and HR metrics tracking, preparing you for future roles in HR.Supportive Work Culture: Be part of a team that values learning, mentorship, and meaningful contribution.The main responsibilities of a HR OPERATIONS INTERN include:Job Description / KPISupport the maintenance and updating of employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ERP, and other platforms used in the company.Help audit and maintain 201 employee files in line with company policies and regulatory standards.Assist in facilitating the onboarding to offboarding process, including but not limited to scheduling exit interviews, processing clearances, and preparing relevant documentation.Monitor and respond to HR-related internal tickets, escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely resolution.Prepare HR reports, records, presentations, and internal communications as required.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires receive their new hire kits on their start date.Provide administrative and logistical support to the People and Culture team for various activities including documentation preparation, schedule coordination, arranging logistical requirements, and organizing HR Operations activities.Help maintain and update HR templates, forms, and policy documents.Assist in tracking employee and intern attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics.Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams for intern-related documentation and queries.Support compliance tracking and documentation for labor and regulatory requirements.Help manage HR documentation archives and digital records.Process relevant employee reimbursements.Provide whatever support may be required by the People and Culture team.To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:Using Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reportingDrafting and formatting documents in Microsoft WordCreating presentations and internal communications using Microsoft PowerPointOrganizing files and folders (both digital and physical)Communicating professionally via email and chat platformsManaging schedules, calendars, and coordinating meetingsHandling confidential information with discretionIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:Basic HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and employee file managementUsing shared drives or document management systems (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint)HRIS or ERP platforms (even at a basic level)Tracking attendance, leaves, and other employee metricsSupporting team events or internal HR initiatives
