You will be responsible for growing our fire safety product range — including smoke detectors, heat sensors, and connected safety devices — across Germany and France, with a focus on B2B partnerships. Your goal: to ensure that our solutions become part of the assortments of leading wholesalers and are specified and installed by professional contractors.What You Will DoDevelop the professional channel: Identify and expand partnerships with electrical wholesalers, technical distributors, and installation companies in key European markets.Build trusted relationships: Work directly with decision-makers, from procurement managers to technical specialists, and understand their business needs and project requirements.Position our solutions: Demonstrate how our certified fire safety products add value — through reliability, compliance, and ease of installation.Negotiate and close deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreements, while ensuring profitable long-term relationships.Collaborate internationally: Work closely with European and Chinese teams to align product, marketing, and business strategies.What You BringWe are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who, together with our Sales Office in the Netherlands, will be responsible for building and expanding our Installers / Wholesalers market presence in Europe.
