The Growth & Purpose (G&P) organization is seeking a high-performing Lead to support the Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team, which sits within the Office of MDM (Multidisciplinary Model). This role will offer a unique opportunity to work across all businesses (Audit & Assurance, Consulting Services, Tax, and Enabling Areas) with a highly visible and in-demand team while developing subject matter expertise in firm strategy choices and independence rulesets.The Lead assuming this position will need to have an aptitude for learning complex subject matter, bring exceptional collaboration and process execution skills, build an understanding of Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary model (MDM), and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up work environment.The TeamEPM’s mandate is to optimize the firm’s footprint and guide teams through cross-business conflicts and complex opportunities in context of our increasingly interconnected marketplace, complex regulatory requirements, and evolving business strategies. EPM is designed to be a small but impactful group that closely collaborates with senior leaders across Deloitte to maximize our firm’s multidisciplinary model and to resolve challenges arising between attest and relationship clients and their networks.Work you’ll doThis role will be responsible for advancing efforts across EPM’s intake function including:Assessment and due diligence: review firm systems’ (i.e. CRM software, risk management database, entity search and compliance database, client intelligence platform) information to assess potential current or future state MDM conflicts. Conduct detailed research and document analysis of relevant facts Management and communication: support appropriate communications with stakeholders (EPM team, Independence, account stakeholders, firm leaders) to ensure alignment and clarity of facts and action items (e.g., draft case reports and create entity diagrams) Data & Analysis: Contribute to OMDM data analysis and reporting efforts, focusing on insights relevant to strategic sprints, stakeholder interests, and team priorities, translating analytical results into strategic business recommendations. Process and issue documentation: develop process documentation and executive level issue summaries on complex subject matter for firm leaders and account teams Teaming: work collaboratively and productively with team members/leaders to accurately and effectively manage volume of EPM throughput QualificationsRequired:Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBachelor degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ work experience in a large company setting, project management experience, and working with leadership teamsStrong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise deliverables for an executive audienceExperience using data visualization tools to analyze and present large datasets, maintain accurate record-keeping systems, and support trend analysis. Ability to determine root cause of issues and draw connections between various project topicsStrong research abilities, with proven experience in project management and a process-oriented approach to problem-solvingRigorous attention to detail and proven ability to advance multiple initiatives despite ambiguity and in a fast-paced settingAbility to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a virtual, matrixed team environmentProficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong English and Spanish oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:High degree of initiative, intellectual curiosity, resiliencyExisting or willingness to build knowledge of Deloitte’s business landscape (firm and business strategies, priorities, investments, etc.)As used in this posting, “Deloitte” means DSS Delivery Costa Rica S.R.L., a Costa Rican sociedad de responsabilidad limitada and subsidiary of Deloitte LLP.
