As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented Intake Specialist to join us in our mission.Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to serve as an Intake Manage. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for helping clients navigate the legal process. This role will be crucial in managing initial client interactions, gathering relevant information, and assisting in case preparation.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial intake calls and interviews with potential clients, gathering essential information about their cases.Assess the merits of potential personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and workplace injuries.Document client information accurately in our case management system.Maintain regular communication with potential clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the intake process.Collaborate with attorneys to prepare cases for further legal action, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and best practices for client intake.Qualifications:Minimum of one year of experience working in personal injury law or a similar legal field, preferably with U.S.-based firms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 level required).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 level minimum).Previous experience conducting client intakes or working directly with clients in a legal setting.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
