The ideal candidate is persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at building trust through clear, empathetic communication. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales acumen and experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Handling warm leads and converting them into retainers or paid consultationsQualifying and nurturing leads through consistent follow-upExplaining the firm’s services and guiding potential clients through the intake processSending and managing retainer agreementsAdvising hesitant leads to book a paid consultation when appropriateMaintaining accurate records and updates within the CRM (HubSpot)Ensuring a professional, empathetic, and supportive experience for every potential clientWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in sales, customer service, or client intake roles, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.Strong proficiency in CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, with familiarity in similar platformsExcellent English communication skillsComfortable conducting client calls via Zoom or similar video conferencing toolsAbility to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalismHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneouslyEager to learn, coachable, and adaptable to process improvementsPersuasive and confident communication style with strong closing skillsEmpathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent when dealing with sensitive family law clientsHighly organized, proactive, and attentive to detailCoachable, eager to learn, and comfortable handling client calls via ZoomStrong listening and conversational skills to build trust and understandingReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
