Your role is critical in ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently to begin the client onboarding process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients via phone, email, or chatCollect and verify personal, medical, or legal information as requiredAccurately document client data in our systemCommunicate effectively with clients and internal departmentsFollow up with clients to complete missing information or clarify detailsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesRequirements: C2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken)Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or legal/medical intake is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressureTech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
