The right designer needs to be able to handle print and digital deliverables, including POS, printed adverts, digital adverts/banners, social posts, plus animation (short form). You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and creative thinking are the key.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign a variety of materials across print and digital touchpoints, including POSM, brochures, key visuals, social media content, banners, eDMs, and other campaign assets.Interpret briefs to deliver conceptually strong and visually consistent work across channels.Adapt regional/global master creatives into localized materials for assigned markets.Ensure all deliverables meet production and platform requirements.Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, project managers, and account servicing teams.Maintain organized file structures and version control for efficient project delivery.Provide design support across multiple projects and timelines, often simultaneously.RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in a design or creative agency environmentProven portfolio showcasing both print (e.g. POSM, layout, packaging) and digital (e.g. social media, web banners, responsive design) design work.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Figma is a plus).Strong visual sense with excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.Familiar with artwork preparation and print production requirements.Able to work independently from while aligning with regional creative direction.We offer competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
