We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Integrated Media Planning Intern who can join the Marketing Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.As a Integrated Media Planning Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about fashion and numerical challenges.The position will provide strategic and operational support to the Marketing Team fostering a culture of simplification, innovation and collaboration.Your ImpactBuild a sound understanding of how media is utilised for Stone Island, whilst incorporating other parts of the marketing vertical into this understanding to gain as much of a 360° view as possible.Work closely with the media team to go through the set-up process of a campaign from its conception through to completion (including production requests, proof of execution and reporting).Collaborate with the creative team to request and organize ad assets (copy, visuals, video).Develop finance skillset with the support of the media team including raising purchase orders, confirming insertion orders and reconciling campaigns.Ownership of broader media updates for the Stone Island HQ team, relaying important information for upcoming activity in relevant documents.Become a key POC for our agencies (media & PR), building relationships with key stakeholders so that you’re able to be relied upon to complete tasks and pass tasks along to the agencies.Develop relationship with key media owners and suppliers to build out the internal teams understanding of offerings, on sale dates and editorial calendars.Become proficient in the understanding of Stone Island’s broader business operations outside of media, so that you’re able to establish yourself within the business.QualificationsProficiency in EnglishGraduated or attending a Master’s degree in Marketing or similarKnowledge and Passion about Fashion/Apparel IndustryProficiency in Excel and PowerPointA previous experience in Media/PR Agencies is considered a plusYour Future Experience with us:An extraordinary internship path: different activities, events and experiences design to help you develop yourself and become part of our community;Our Career Start Program: to expand your knowledge by taking exclusive courses and by guided by your team;Monthly reimbursement & free access to the canteen for lunch.Our Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
