Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipServe as a senior strategic partner across APAC, shaping and elevating strategic deliverables in collaboration with local market teams.Act as an extension of market strategy, insight, and planning teams to troubleshoot, co-create, and inspire best-in-class thinking.Client PartnershipLead strategic engagements with key global and regional clients, aligning with Integrated Client Leads and Practice Area Leaders to drive growth across APAC.Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, guiding them through complex strategic challenges.Business Development & Pitch LeadershipFrame strategic challenges and develop insight-driven narratives for new business opportunities.Partner with growth and client leads to position dentsu as the strategic partner of choice.Thought Leadership & Industry EngagementDevelop and cascade industry-leading thought leadership in collaboration with internal marketing and comms teams.Build external relationships with thought leaders and third-party partners to enhance market presence and credibility.Team Development & LeadershipPotential to grow and lead a team of strategists, fostering development through training, certifications, and best practice alignment.Cultivate a collaborative culture that promotes knowledge-sharing and the creation of award-winning work.Innovation & Emerging SolutionsSpearhead innovation initiatives leveraging data, AI, and digital solutions to create future-ready marketing strategies.Cross-Market CollaborationCollaborate horizontally with the wider APAC strategy community, contributing expert perspectives to regional initiatives and knowledge exchange.Key QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required.12–15 years of experience in strategy, data-driven marketing, creative, CX, and omni-channel marketing.Proven leadership in strategic development within agency, client, or consulting environments.Strong thought leadership and ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable strategies.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Demonstrated success in matrixed organizations, driving alignment across diverse teams.Willingness to travel across APAC markets.Our dentsu valuesWe have 8 ways we Never Before and hire against them. 1.
