About the PartnerOur partner is a leading Fintech company in the "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) space. They provide shoppers with transparent and flexible payment solutions, helping them live better lives on a budget. For their merchant partners, they offer a powerful tool to increase sales and conversion rates through a seamless integration of their payment options. About the roleYou will be responsible for the entire merchant lifecycle, from leading the technical integration of new clients to nurturing long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled developer with strong project management and communication skills, who is passionate about helping e-commerce businesses thrive.Location: Chiang Mai, ThailandKey ResponsibilitiesMerchant Onboarding: Own the end-to-end technical onboarding process for new merchants, from the initial technical call to a successful go-live.Technical Integration: Implement our partner's solution on merchant websites. This includes configuring standard e-commerce plugins (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) and developing custom solutions using their REST API for more complex integrations.Solution Design: Act as a technical consultant to understand merchant needs and design the optimal integration strategy.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of live merchants.Proactive Nurturing: Regularly check in with merchants to monitor performance, provide optimization advice, and ensure they are getting the most value from the service.Advanced Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for your merchants, acting as their highest level of technical support.Product Feedback: Channel merchant feedback to the partner's internal Product and Engineering teams, contributing to the innovation of their services.Required Skills & ExperienceFluent in Danish: Spoken and WrittenTechnical Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.Web Development: Strong proficiency in server-side web development, with a heavy preference for PHP.E-commerce Platforms: Proven, hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or PrestaShop.API Proficiency: Demonstrable experience working with and integrating REST APIs.Front-End Knowledge: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for guiding front-end implementations like the partner's PriceTag feature.Project Management: Adept at managing multiple high-priority initiatives under tight deadlines, with attention to detail and a structured problem-solving approach.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice-to-Have Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in the Fintech, Payments, or BNPL industry.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up company.Familiarity with modern infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.Contributions to open-source projects, particularly related to e-commerce.Fluency in other European languages besides English.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.A modern office environment in Chiang Mai.A hybrid work model with the flexibility of working remotely two days per week.The opportunity to work with a talented, international team in a flat hierarchy.A key role in a rapidly growing company with significant opportunities for career development.Perks & Benefits25 paid vacation days per year6 personal leave daysHybrid workPaid paternity leaveSocial securityYearly bonusLunch allowance, social events & gymOccasionally Office hop (Chiang Mai & Bangkok)Visa & work permit sponsorshipWork from abroad, allow you to get back to family.
