Integrations Consultant

Role OverviewThe Integrations Consultant will design, implement, and optimize workflow automations across multiple SaaS platforms using N8N. This role combines technical expertise in API integrations, workflow logic, and process automation with a deep understanding of business operations. You’ll collaborate with RevOps, SalesOps, and MarketingOps teams to translate operational pain points into scalable, automated solutions that improve data integrity and process efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Design & Development:Build and maintain automation workflows in N8N, integrating tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo, and NetSuite.API Integration:Develop robust API connections between systems, leveraging webhooks, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and custom endpoints.Process Optimization:Analyze current manual or inefficient workflows, recommend automation strategies, and implement best practices for scalability and maintainability.Data Management:Ensure data consistency and accuracy across connected systems. Handle error-handling logic and data validation within workflows.Documentation & Governance:Maintain clear documentation for all automations, including architecture diagrams, process notes, and dependency tracking.Testing & QA:Develop and execute testing procedures to validate automations and troubleshoot integration issues.Collaboration:Work closely with consultants, technical leads, and client teams to gather requirements, manage timelines, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.QualificationsRequired Skills:4+ years of experience with N8N or similar workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato).Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, REST, and webhooks.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, NetSuite, or other RevOps tools.Proficient in JavaScript for function nodes and custom logic.Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and deployment pipelines for N8N.Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.Preferred Skills:Experience with Docker and self-hosted N8N environments.Knowledge of data transformation techniques and ETL workflows.Understanding of RevOps processes (lead routing, enrichment, lifecycle management, etc.).Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
