Job Summary: The Learning & Development Specialist supports the creation and delivery of engaging learning experiences that enhance employee performance and development. This role assists in developing training content, managing learning platforms, and curating resources to meet both immediate training needs and long-term development goals.
Working in collaboration with the Training & Enablement Manager and the Talent Development Manager, the Specialist helps implement learning programs that support onboarding, upskilling, and career growth. Job Responsibilities: Learning Content Development & SupportAssist in developing eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led training using Easygenerator and other tools. Apply basic instructional design principles to support the creation of scalable learning materials. Support the integration of Udemy for Business content into learning paths. Maintain and update learning content in Cornerstone OnDemand. Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials meet business needs.
Content Curation & Learning CoordinationCurate and organize learning content from Udemy for Business and other content platforms. Help align curated content with development plans and competency models. Support training logistics, communications, and learner engagement efforts. Assist in onboarding and system training initiatives. Learning Operations & Continuous ImprovementMonitor learner feedback and training completion dataPartner with Business Intelligence team to ensure training dashboards reflect up-to-date KPIsAssist in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. Stay informed on learning trends and tools to support team initiatives. Provide administrative support for learning programs and LMS operations. Job Qualifications: Education/Certification Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field preferred. Coursework or certifications in instructional design or LMS administration a plus. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role in a highly technical environment or industry required. Experience with eLearning tools (e. g. , Easygenerator) and LMS platforms (e. g. , Cornerstone OnDemand) required. Experience to Udemy for Business or similar content platforms preferred. Understanding of adult learning principles and basic instructional design models. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
