Location: Tegucigalpa, HondurasSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM – 4: 00 PMCompensation: L14,000 – L17,000 / month (based on experience)About the RoleWe are hiring a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Teacher to join our Christ-centered bilingual school. You’ll be responsible for teaching core academic subjects in both English and Spanish across elementary, middle, and high school levels, integrating Christian values into each lesson. Key ResponsibilitiesTeach assigned subjects in both English and Spanish across various grade levelsDevelop lesson plans aligned with academic standards and rooted in biblical truthFoster students' critical thinking, creativity, and bilingual communication skillsAdapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learnersMonitor and assess student progress regularlyCreate a respectful, Christ-centered, and engaging classroom environmentCollaborate with staff in devotions, meetings, and schoolwide eventsCommunicate proactively with families and maintain accurate recordsIdeal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)Valid teaching certification/license (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience (bilingual or international school preferred)Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)Strong classroom management and instructional planning skillsPassion for Christian education and student discipleshipFlexible, collaborative, and mission-alignedComfortable using technology for teaching and learning📩 How to ApplySend your resume and a brief statement of faith to:
