The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Project or Program Management, particularly in the Banking and Financial Services sector, with hands-on experience in Payments Systems and Cloud implementations. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and risk management skills to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of banking and payment system projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgetsDrive multiple concurrent projects through their full lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closureCollaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project deliveryManage project scope, budget, timelines, quality, and risks effectively; ensure proactive mitigation plans are in placeOversee cloud transformation initiatives, including infrastructure migration or application modernization projectsUtilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting project management practices to suit project needsRequired Qualifications:
10+ years of proven experience in Project Management or Program ManagementStrong track record in leading Banking Project implementations, ideally with exposure to Payments SystemsAt least 2–3 successful end-to-end implementations of Banking Payments ProjectsPrior experience in managing or supporting Cloud transformation projects is highly desirableDeep understanding of Project Financials, Cost Management, and Risk MitigationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
